Pain is managed by various means. Electric modalities such as US, TENS, Kinesiotaping & Dry Needling are few mechanical ways of reducing acute or chronic pain. Many other techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques, Joint Mobilisations, are also used. This is one stage of therapy which might take 3-4 days. Once you are painfree, we need to work on your body holistically to maintain that painfree state and prevent recurrence .This happens through right movement pattern , for which you are trained and made independent.
Rehabilitation is the part of the therapy usually after pain management which brings you back to your normal activities of daily living. Rehabilitation involves teaching you transitions while protecting the involved area, exercising the affected and non affected area, making you independent in achieving your function. Rehabilitation happens post trauma, post surgery, for wheelchair dependent patients, elderly population, and also chronic pain patients.

A player not only moves in multiple directions but also requires multiple attributes such as Strength, Power, Agility, Speed, Motor Control, Endurance & definitely Mental Focus & Willpower; in order to succeed. It is important to train yourself in all these areas to improve your efficiency & reduce the risk of injury. A supervised & customised exercise session helps to achieve the desired results.
Pregnancy is a completely different phase of life. With the foetus developing in your body, there are certain physiological and musculoskeletal changes happening in the body.
